- 4 pieces of Salmon Fillets (Each weight 5 – oz. and thickness – 1 inch)
- Olive Oil – 2 Tablespoon (In place of Olive oil, you can also use Avocado Oil or Melted Ghee as well)
- Kosher Salt
- Grounded Black Pepper (Preferred to be freshly ground)
- Garlic Powder
- 1 lemon
Directions

- In case of frozen fish, bring Salmon to room temperature 30 minutes before grilling. Otherwise, if it is fresh, rinse it with water and then pat it dry with cold water.
- Preheat your indoor grill and bring it to 350° F temperature.
- Brush the salmon with oil on both sides.
- Clean and slice the lemon.
- Season the salmon with lemon and other seasonings.
- Meanwhile check your grill if it is preheated, to ensure it is preheated well, wait for 1 or 2 more minutes.
- Place the fish on an indoor smokeless grill, with skin side up on the grill. Close the lid.
- Let the salmon cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F. it may take 30 to 35 minutes. It will get amazing grill marks on it.
- Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for about 3 to 4 minutes to finish cooking.
