Tips:
For the best results of grilling, use steaks of ¾ inches to 1 inch.
Popular cut for steaks is ribeye. I really prefer to use it for my steaks, in case you don’t have it, you can substitute it with sirloin. Ribeye steak is a boneless steak cut from a rib bone. This muscle has a lot of fat in it as it is not used a lot in exercise. It makes it perfect for making steaks, the fat melts and makes the meat tender and moisturize, while excess fats are collected in a drip tray.
Ribeye is commonly served as medium-rare, as it is a very soft part. We can also go for well cooked, it won’t lose its taste.
