Today I will be guiding you on how to cook Sirloin Steak on George Foreman Grill. Sirloin steak is among the best meat cuts, it has an excellent combination of fats and meat.

You can cook it on your charcoal grill or it can also be cooked on any indoor smokeless grill. I am using George Foreman Grill here to cook Sirloin Steak. If you plan to use a charcoal grill, it will make things a little messy and you will need time to clean up things after grilling. Comparatively, if you are using a George Foreman grill, no mess will be created at all and you will end up saving your time.

It has a short process of cooking and is easy to make Sirloin Steak on George Foreman Grill. Don’t take a very thick piece of steak. One or half-inch thick steak is good enough with lines of fat over it.

You can buy your sirloin steaks from Snake River farms. They provide an excellent cut of it, with good marbling and well-distributed fat. It will not let your steak dry out while grilling.

Ingredients

  • Top Sirloin Steak – 6-8 oz

  • Soulful Seasoned Salt – ½ tsp

  • Montreal Steak Seasoning – 3 TBSP

  • White Pepper – ½ tsp

  • Lemon Pepper – ½ tsp

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 TBSP

Directions

  • Put small cuts on steak so that seasoning can go through.

  • Take a fork and pork holes in the steak. This step will let the seasoning go in the steaks and make it much tender and juicy.

  • Flip the side of the steak and repeat step 2 for this side as well. Pork holes on this side.

  • Wash off your steak before marinating and cooking.

  • Now sprinkle all dry ingredients one by one on one side of the steak.

  • Flip the side and again do the same step by sprinkling all spices on other side.

  • Marinated steaks should be kept in the fridge for 12 to 15 hours.

  • If you don’t have time to marinate it for so many hours, you can cook it after half an hour.

  • Preheat your George Foreman grill or any other indoor grill for five minutes on high heat with a closed lid.

  • Now put your steaks on the grill and shut the lid again.

  • For Medium Rare, cook your steaks for 4 to 6 minutes. 2 minutes per side. For Medium Doneness, grill it for five to seven minutes. 2.5 minutes per side.

  • Two to three min for really thin slices of steaks, if you like Rare.

  • Now your steak is ready. Let it rest for 10 minutes as it keeps cooking when you take it off from the grill.
