Ingredients

  • Boneless Ribeye 2 pcs (1 inch thick) – 900 gm

  • Garlic Cloe – 1 Crushed

  • Salt – To taste

  • Pepper – According to Taste

  • Defrost your meat if you have kept it in the fridge.

  • Pat it dry with a towel, so all the water from the meat gets dried.

  • Take a bowl and mix oil with garlic. Now rub this mixture on the steak and gently sprinkle salt and black pepper.

  • Preheat your grill on high heat for nearly 5 minutes. Being a searing grill, it comes with high searing temperature of 450 degree Fahrenheit.

  • Keep your steak on the preheated grill and let it cook. Hamilton Beach Grill comes with a viewing window, you can follow up your food by watching it. You won’t need to open it every time to check the food.

  • Keep checking the internal temperature of the steak which should be nearly 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • It may take 10 to 15 minutes.

  • If you want, you can sprinkle a little amount of black pepper on your nice and juicy steak before serving.
